While interviewing a candidate they first asked me what my next career steps were (it was clear if hired they would be looking to take over my job) and then during a test part of the interview asked to use the phone (before everyone had cells) and since it was snowing I said ok thinking they needed to call their ride or something. Nope, they were calling home to see what was going to be for dinner. Smh.....

Also interviewed a woman for a high profile administrative assistant position supporting the head of the organization and her top was so low cut I could see both her tattoos on her breasts. In the same recruitment another woman had more silver eyeshadow under the eye than on the eyelid it was so distracting no one on the panel could pay attention to what she was saying because we couldn’t tell if it was on purpose or not. Neither one got the job btw.
