i hope you rethink it. i'm not a poc, and i moved here from a very liberal state. that being said, i moved here almost a year ago and it is laughable how many of the people here think they are so freaking edgy, cool , and open minded. they aren't. they are fearful, prejudiced AGAINST ALOT OF THINGS NOT JUST POC, and they have an immature mentality about putting out a lot of effort to be weird. weird is a natural state and shouldn't take great effort. .at least authentic weird shouldn't. the people try way to hard to be unique and different, thus kind of being all alike. whenever i see the bun boys running around i almost laugh. if they only knew how they are just a few steps shy of being original.

but by and large the city and state are beautiful good luck to you wherever you decide to land. i have no regrets. not even for the hate i will get for this post.
