Sorry, you can downvote me to oblivion, but these songs do not sound the same AT all.
First off, honestly, Jace's song is probably better lyrically and might be the better song. And I love Donald.
The only thing that is remotely similar is the way they rap, KINDA.
Every African inspired music sample song is the same now? Its a STRETCH to say it sounds the same.

Donald's style isn't original on this record, but it sure as shit isn't copying this song. It has much more in common with contemporary rap like Migos. And the African sounding type music with the acoustic doesn't sound the same.

I've listened to the tracks side by side. I can admit Donald basically remade Funkadelic's Maggot Brain with Awaken my Love in a lot of ways. But this sounds like two different, good songs.
