No modern nuclear device has ever been dropped on a population. The devastation a 100kt nuclear device can cause is not even within the human lexicon of reference.

Try dropping one on your hometown and get an idea of the scale we are talking here. This isn't "stopping a bully" this is unleashing a destructive force on civilians on a scale that has never been experienced. Not only the initial blast, but all life will be effected for almost a century afterward. Even threatening someone with this is so out of proportion to any kind of warfare ever proposed. it's literally insanity or ignorance to even suggest their use.

Take out the damn bastard, we have an actual threat to America, let's.roll, we've done this before, bit for God's fucking sake get away from that damn button, no earthly religion or diety would ever forgive such a henious act against nature itself. It would not.only endager the entire globe with radiation, but open the floodgates of nuclear use and endanger America itself and her reputation. We would be forever tarnished by any but the most dire use of these weapons.

You may think I'm being dramatic, but understanding the full scope of nuclear capability, I don't think you can be dramatic enough this ain't Hiroshima, that's peanuts compared to what we have now.
