And the entitlement point. In a large number of states it is illegal for transgender individuals to use the bathroom of the gender they identify with. This is being fixed on a national scale, but it still is a problem. Please explain how you see Caitlyn as acting entitled because she's transgender.

This is a petty issue. Take a shit where ever honestly. Bruce Jenner is provocatively posing half naked on the front of vanity fair. He has no humility on the issue. Seems he feels he is entitled to acceptance.

The way she's doing this is not insensitive, it's a godsend for the transgender community. The suicides have been mostly ignored (leelah) and the calls to action forgotten. Her admitting that she's transgender on a national scale is sparking conversations and hopefully legislation to end transgender discrimination. (Note it is still legal in most states to fire an individual if they come out as transgender. Also remember that this is a condition that cannot be helped, as physical evidence has proven that it's not a delusion.)

He is making hundreds of thousands of dollars off this don't try and tell me he has the Transgender community's best interests in mind. I understand how this bring transgender issues to the surface but that involves people digging deeper into the issue on their own accord. His main focus is to make as much money as possible off this.

Finally you're point that anyone can do whatever they want. Except we can't. Barriers exist in everyday life for transgender people, and a majority of the hate crimes against the lgbt community are against transgender women. In some places if you don't pass, you'll be assaulted. Murders happen every year because straight guys feel "tricked" into falling for a transgender woman.

Again this isn't exclusive to the Trans community, its the world we live in. Its a horrible thing that people cant be who they want or act naturally without fear of being assaulted or abused. Its not hate for transgender that causes this its aggressive ignorant people.
