Putin points at journalists and asks Trump 'Are these the ones hurting you?' during press conference

Being a pro-Trumper does not exclude someone from being mature, though.

I'll openly admit that I voted for Trump. I like some of what he's done and dislike some of what he's done. No matter what actions of his I like or dislike; however, I don't think he is some god-emperor who plays 4D chess all the time (though I do laugh at the memes), and I know for a fact that he has faults.

I also know for a fact that CNN, just like Fox, Brietbart, HuffPo, and almost every other semi-major news outlet are lying sacks of shit, but that's a different discussion.

As for this issue, I'll criticize both groups. First, the President basically just outed people as "bad journalists" to the man who has, in the past, likely been responsible for the death of other "bad journalists." Is he endangering their lives, I don't know, but I sincerely hope not. Not to mention the lack of professionalism in that statement.

On the other hand, during the present time in which it is being determined whether or not Russia really did have any involvement and whether or not this is a fabricated story (I'd like to see the intel. agencies come out with an actual, official statement on these matters to either put it to rest or show us that they at least have some evidence), it is absurdly poor journalism to shout, "Pres. Trump! Did you bring up election interference?" If the President himself doesn't believe election interference occurred, why would he bring it up to Putin? Instead of waiting for just a little bit to see how this plays out, these specific journalists are trying to put him in a corner with a question like, "When did you stop beating your wife?"

I expect disagreement, but please don't downvote me just because we disagree (and don't upvote just because you agree). Rather, let's engage in a dialectic and see what actually holds water. If I'm wrong, I will gladly rescind the post.
