Is it racist to not be attracted by black people?

This is so true. But I do think people can have a "type" without it generally being racist.

Ex. I'm fair skinned female with blondish hair and never considered blonde guys my type. I walked passed all of them never taking notice. I'm generally attracted to guys with darker features like tanned skin, dark eyes, thick eye brows ect totally makes me swoon . Many of my exes have that type of look.

My partner now? A blonde haired blue eyed guy lol. Totally out of my type but I love him sooo much. I still swoon over dark olive skinned type of guys but ya if you keep an open mind theres beautiful people everywhere. I've been with many different types of people even if they're not my go-to ideal.
