Redditors right now

It's okay guys. I'll bite the seemingly obvious bait.

The administrators of this website are the people which control the website itself. Even if they're working out of the websites scope itself on things such as the webservers, databases and bugs.

Occasionally they can be seen wondering around Reddit too, today we saw a few of them posting in the /r/askreddit damage control post today. I have not seen it myself but I imagine they also have access to a front end of powerful tools built into the website controlling the fate of subreddits, content and users.

The askreddit post itself was made by someone of the askreddit moderator team.

These guys are limited to controlling the subreddit style (appearance) content, wiki, and rules of a subreddit they moderate... Including the enforcement of it if the rules are too broad or even at that point posts will need to be removed (some people will always break rules even accidentally, someone's gotta clean that shit show up)

They can also ban users from their subreddit forcing that user into read-only mode.

But moderators do not have any more control than this 'level'. It's always limited to the subreddits they moderate.

An admin if they choose can wipe your account and history off the face of the earth if they choose, or provide authorities with helpful information to locate you if you're posting sick content (ip address if publicly posting, which is then taken to your ISP who have personal details to you)

The right network administrator could potentially edit your archived comment from 6 years ago if they choose. All these people in this particular 'level' are admins. They administrate the system.

Anyways, that's that. Goodnight everybody, it's late here with I might not have covered everything but hey. I have work tomorrow/in 6 hours.

But that post itself
