Redditors who have a job that requires you to go into strangers homes, what is the craziest thing you've seen?

I'm a little late but I'll answer anyway. An old lady who lived alone passed away and I was hired by her brother to clean out the house. He taped off a room and filled it with things he wanted to keep and said that anything I found I could keep. I cleaned out room after room, which kinda sucked because there were only a couple lights in the entire house (1 in the living room, 1 in the kitchen, 2 in the basement, and a small night-light in the tiny bathroom. No lights in any of the 3 bedrooms, garage, or laundry room. So I go through the bedrooms while there's still light from the windows. I found a gift card for Target, some blank notepads, a T-Square, staplers, a laptop bag, etc. (hey, I could and did end up using this shit.) So, I emptied the top floor and was getting ready to head to the basement. By now it was starting to get dark, so I hit the garage first. It had stuff stacked from the floor to the ceiling. Mostly junk, but I found more notepads, some files, old baseball things from the '40s. Now it's dark out, and I still have the basement/laundry room to go through. More blank notepads, more staplers, more files. I found 2 filing cabinets and a desk full of blank notepads. Finally cleared the small shit and just had to move the cabinets out. My buddy and I moved the first, then started moving the second and we hear CRRRRREEEEEEEEEEK. There was a small (probably 2x5) door that blended in with the wall behind the cabinet. I got a flashlight out of my truck and went in. 1 toilet in front of me. A sink to my right. And a helluva lotta dolls with the heads torn off lined the wall to my left. We burned that shit in a barrel in the back yard.
