Remember that time Starfire got called the space version of the n-word?

I'd love to do that if I ever got to make any of my story ideas into shows. Which I never will so it doesn't matter. But I do have one setting in particular that I think would be pretty good for that. One of my three most developed story ideas takes place in it, except instead of there being one central storyline that most things tie into, it's more of a bunch of stuff more or less related to a couple of plotlines. My ideas for this stuff involve:

  • grimdark war drama about a country run by vampires invading fantasy Tsarist Russia, which gives revolutionary groups the opportunity to unite and try to overthrow the government and bring democracy to their people. But since the revolutionary army is composed of many different organizations with their own ideologies and visions of what the country should be after the revolution, they have to deal with infighting.

  • a nonbinary person living in the closet in an authoritarian dictatorship gets isekai'd to a more accepting place and tries to deal with personal issues while adjusting to their new life

  • an elite military squad is sent to deal with a superpowered serial killer, they decide to try to recruit her

  • a bunch of weirdos get hired to do international terrorism for an unknown client (one of the two main villains kind of), end up becoming close friends (one of the main plotlines)

  • bisexual witch mercenary (main character, mostly) gets involved with all sorts of weird events, accidentally finds several partners along the way (she's also polyamorous)

  • cult leader (one of the two main villains) manipulates a bunch a bunch of vulnerable people into helping her influence politics to fight another cult as part of a game between two gods (one of the main plotlines)

  • a few centuries before the main story happens, court witch of a colonialist empire tries to marry this cute girl she met, but the royal family is against gay marriage. This is the final straw that gets the court witch to start a mage revolution with the intent of exterminating and replacing all nobility, somehow this ends up leading to a reforms that turn the country into a pretty decent place to live and also the liberation of former colonies.

  • a few centuries before the main story happens a group of actually pretty progressive mages try to become immortal, end up recruiting a bunch of marginalized people and getting involved in various wars. Also they overthrow a bunch of oppressive governments.

There's more that I'm forgetting, but basically, I think there's a lot one could get out of that setting. Also a lot of those things are connected in some way, but this comment is already way too long.
