I stopped doing Overwatch.

I did 250+ cases, went from blatant spinbotters and wallhackers to less obvious stuff, which I see as an improvement (but who knows?), and I'm fine with the lack of feedback. I actually believe, that players shouldn't get any feedback at all, because it would affect their ability to judge based only on the demo they see.

My rank is Master Guardian. My friends are mostly playing on Gold Nova or Master Guardian. Cheaters don't affect us very much. Our problems are smurfs. Overwatch is for blatant hacking and serious griefing. It's not meant to get smurfs out of my and my friends games. But smurfs are our main problem.

That's the problem. That's the reason, why I feel like it's a waste of time to do Overwatch. I kept (or tried to keep) the game clean for others, but my games are still populated by smurfs. Overwatch won't make my games better. It won't help my friends. Also, as long as CSGO is such a cheap game, Overwatch is like a drop in the bucket.

I won't do Overwatch anymore, as long as the game is so easy to hack, as long as it's so cheap to get, as long as my main problem are smurfs.

I believe in VAC, but it's in the nature of the thing to always be one step behind hackers. That's why I believe that Overwatch is the way to go. Players judging players anonymously is good. Overwatch is fast, it's easy and it keeps the game clean.

But not for me. Not for my friends. Not for people on lower ranks. The main problem for Silver and Gold players are smurfs. It's even a problem for higher ranks. Fresh accounts stomping people left and right is just wrong. This shouldn't be possible. But it is and that's an issue.

Feel free to downvote me, but I won't waste another 40+ hours of my time doing something, which won't improve my or my friends games.
