This is tricky, I'd recommend parting that out and helping you're friend build a new pc. The performance value of that (in my opinion) is less than the value of the individual parts.

basically you should help your friend save money by recommending something like this (which will give him roughly equivalent real world performance for much less money than the parts in your pc are worth) and sell off the parts of your pc through craigslist or ebay. I think you owe it to your friend and yourself to do it this way
