Out of curiosity how do you propose we collect data on this disease?

Until it can be diagnosed in living people, there is no way to do so that isn't misleading, which is my entire point. And it's what the researchers themselves have said, time and again. Any researcher with any credibility would put in their article (and they did), that those numbers are misleading.

So, it's a thing, no doubt. How much of a thing? We don't know. So to say someone who got blasted during a particularly difficult time of their life and did something stupid "must be" or "could be" CTE based on deeply flawed data is doing nothing but bullshitting and spreading misinformation.
