Riot to add "forced buyouts" so they can remove any team owner from the league

How would you know?

Well, you don't write objective pieces of work in the first person. You write editorials in the first person because you include yourself and your interpretation of the facts along with the facts. More often than not, RL writes in the first person while also using words that heavily implies (if not explicitely state) that it's his opinion, as well as using connotated vocabulary. That covers how I know that he's doing subjective journalism.

I also know that most of his articles end up beign true (which, to his defense, is different from the article being true at the moment of release) because I can see his articles and the official statements/facts side by side and judge once it's all settled down.

That drama was William Turton during his time at onGamers. No-one has ever accused RL of this.

The brokenshard quote was indeed Turton now that I looked it up, the Deman leak was him though as well as at least 1 other quote which I can't recall (so take this as a groundless accusation). As for the tangential quote, I was referring to a 2-3 years old SaintVicious quote which was taken out of context (the only one I had proof was quoted out of context because it's one of the few quotes I recalled seeing elsewhere). Still, since it's easily 2+ years old, I do not have the source anymore and you can choose to disregard it as libel.

Nice speculation.

Yes, if I give an hypothetical situation to explain my statement, I will speculate. Actually, it's not even speculation, since I don't say it's true, I simply said "that could be true".

In opinion pieces. There is no editorialising in this article.

Nearly all of his articles are opinionated though. Heck, I believe that the ones he publish that aren't opinionated are his worse because they do not fit his speciality. Asking RL to write an objective report on something is like asking a world-class pastry chef to cook your steak.

Can we assume you're one of these people who require "safe spaces?"

You can assume whatever the fuck you want, I don't see why I would care (just like I can assume that you follow his twitter feed, and that you have no reason to give a shit about my assumptions). He did calm down a lot since getting banned from Reddit, but it's still pretty negative.
