Rockstar will not ban players for using mods in GTA 5 singleplayer

Y'know its funny, because Rockstar admits that there was unintentional bannings, yet say none of them are from Single Player. This, however, is a massive lie on Rockstar's Part. They may not have intended it to be like this, but their new automated banning system is still banning people for modding in Single Player.

4 of my friends IRL got Two-Week-Bans from GTA V Online for Single Player Modding without even touching the Online Multiplayer even once. They even showed me the emails they all got from Rockstar and everything. We were all hanging out at my place when they all bought their games off of Steam together at once. I warned them about the Low FoV, so they decided to use that FoV Fixer offline just so they won't get fucking Motion Sick after a little while of playing on 1080p Resolution on their laptops. I also showed them a couple of posts on /r/pcmasterrace and /r/GrandTheftAutoV_PC which showed a couple of mods that made GTA V's graphics much more realistic looking, and of course they hooked themselves up with some shaders to help out their copies too. While at the same time, I also warned them that if we were to go online later on in the day to DEACTIVATE/UNINSTALL ALL MODS COMPLETELY before doing so, or else you can and will get banned for it. Eventually we started checking out some Heist Gameplays on YouTube after that. It was after awhile where we all just said "Fuck it! Let's play some heist!". I was still with them that day, and I constantly kept reminding them about deactivating their mods repeatedly, and we all made sure we did. I had them exit their games, make sure the mods were completely uninstalled, and then start up the game afterwards, just to be extra safe. And yet when they all tried to go online, they were not allowed to get on. I then asked them to check their emails they had associated to their Social Club Accounts, and every single one of them got a Notice for Two Week Multiplayer Ban.

The bottom line is: The ban may have only been a Temporary Two Week Ban, but they still got punished for Offline Modding, regardless of how you look at it. Rockstar's Bullshit Automated Ban System has to be fixed and it has to be fixed NOW.
