Dude, do you really think I have any personal ability to make or stop decisions by Putin to launch or not nuclear weapons?

I'm just pointing out that I doubt they've been maintaining such an easily griftable arsenal. Everything is grift all the way down.

If Putin does launch a nuclear attack, it'll either go off or it won't. Either way is bad for Putin, but it might be even worse for him if it doesn't go off. If it goes off, MAD would likely stop anyone from counter attacking. If it doesn't go off, the people currently afraid of his nuclear attack threats could be more bold in counter offensives.

Pointing out these things isn't risking even a single life, let alone millions of lives.
