That’s really awesome you are getting help. I’ve had therapists expect I would have been sexually assaulted as a child, but I don’t remember. I remember looking at porn, going on chat rooms, and talking about kinky stuff on them when I was in grade 4 or 5. Not sure how I found out what that stuff was. Younger than that, my friend and I would touch + kiss each other in an exploratory/pretend play way, again not sure how we knew about that ( I think some of that behavior is normal part of growing up).

My psychiatrist said he would have diagnosed me with BPD in grade 9-10 and expected my behavior would stem from childhood sexual assault, although what I remember doesn’t seem sufficient. It definitely creeps me out I might be forgetting something bad, so I can relate.
