[Serious] Hey Reddit, what's something medically cool/unique about your body?

Oh, man... there's a list:

(Also, I'm very sorry but I don't have photos and will not provide them. I swear to the gods I'm not making these up.)

First, I have webbed toes. They don't look like a web. I don't know why they're even called webbed. But there's a connection between my 2nd and 3rd toe on each foot that prevents them from being moved independently of the other. They're also called twin toes, which is ironic because....

I'm an identical twin who does not look exactly like my twin. You can definitely tell that we're brothers. But many people don't believe that we're identical twins. BUT! There's proof.

My brother gave me a kidney when mine failed. We were tested and it was found to be an identical match. I've had the kidney for 4 years now and other than right after the surgery, I have not had to take immunosuppresants.

(Note: From the webbed toes on down, my conditions are unique to me. My identical twin brother does not have these conditions.)

I was born with weird genitalia! Some people consider it to be an intersex condition, but it's never been formally diagnosed as such.

Technically speaking, I had a severe penoscrotal hypospadias. (Which meant that my urethral opening was in the middle of my scrotum rather than on my penis.) This was surgically "corrected" at birth and then again as a child. I also had an undescended testis and something called "bifid scrotum" which means my scrotum is split in two, almost like labia. The undescended testicle (as well as an inguinal hernia) was corrected during my 2nd hypospadias surgery. (My twin brother has normal genitalia.)

But wait, there's more!!

At puberty, I developed breasts! (My brother did not.) I had them removed once but I was too young and they kept growing. Especially once my testicles failed around age 30. I have a significant set of breasts. (No, you cannot have photos. Do not PM me either.)

I also have a third breast! It's not as large as the others and didn't start growing until I was older. It is not in the middle of the other two but rather underneath my right breast. It has no nipple. (I think my brother has a nipple-like birthmark in the same spot, though. Which is really weird.)

I have other medical conditions (thyroid removed for thyroid cancer last year. Obesity. An AV fistula in my arm from the two years I spent on dialysis before my transplant. Gall bladder removed for gallstones 20 years ago), but those are the really weird/cool ones.
