[Serious] How do you live the "now" and stop worrying about the future? How do you deal with such anxiety?

I struggle with this as well.

Inevitable, elusive death
The looming shadow of the unknown
A destination we all must tread
Yet a fear we can't disown.

We live our lives in constant motion
With dreams and hopes to chase
But death, a final end to all
Brings stillness to our race.

It's easy to ignore the truth
To push it to the side
But deep within our hearts we know
We cannot forever hide.

And so we grapple with the thought
Of what awaits us there
Will it be an eternal rest
Or something far more rare?

The mysteries of death may seem
Too daunting to explore
But in facing our mortality
We find a strength we never knew before.

For death, though frightening and unknown
Is also a reminder true
That every moment we're alive
Is precious and brand new.

So let us not be afraid to live
To embrace each passing day
For in doing so, we honor life
And keep our fears at bay.
