Daily Simple Questions Thread - December 28, 2018

Deadlift - 125kg / 275lbs - 5 reps

This is my first time recording my form so hope the angle is fine (my gym is quite small)

I'm 191cm/6'3 at 73kg/158lbs

Fun fact:

I ripped my calluses open on this set. (you can see me checking out my fingers at the end lmao) I figured that I had my grip wrong, I should've put the bar higher up my hand/into my fingers. Still finished the rest of my workout with some rests and using some tissue paper to keep from fucking up my calusses more. Although farmers walks have ripped them up a bit more, but just going to let them heal and be careful with them now lol

Nevertheless, I feel the lift went fine besides that. Let me know what I could do better/focus on, cause I really can't wait to hit 3 plates :)
