At my first real job I was groped by the senior management. We are both men.
I would be working and then a tall South Korean man would grab my but, or slap my ass. Then came the groin grabbing because I let shit go. Cause I mean, in the situation there seems to be little options and HR told me to man up.
I got a little tipsy at a company party and the manager in question got very pushy. He tried taking things off of me. I had to drunkingly put the guy down, I didn't have a choice. I pushed him hard enough to hurt him... I was cornered. HR told me "it's cultural" and that I'm "overreacting" though. I just try not to think about what happened.
I still get cold feet whenever a manager gets close to me. (Different company different people. I work in a very nice place now.)
On a tangential note.
Just because a guy has big arms or legs doesn't give anyone the right to touch them without permission!
