a very serious trauma happened to me last year and some deep dark secrets I never wanted to see the light of day got found out by my family, because they installed spyware on my computer. and a couple months after this happened the family is just casually around each other and I have no idea how those things got brought up again, but they did, and the story that one family member told was a total lie. she was saying how she'd stumbled in on me and I started crying and confessed this to them. that's a straight up lie, that never happened. my memory is vivid of that entire time, I wrote the majority of it all down as it happened because it was abusive and traumatic. but everyone else around her was just nodding along agreeing and when I said yo that literally never happened I got shot down and was told nope. it happened.
