[Serious] What is the most disturbing discovery you've made about someone you know?

And if your are on the receiving end it might be a bit awkward. But honestly it isn't that big of a deal

I think this is something that can often be different for women just due to average sizes and things like that. No groping is okay, but I've definitely had mild (for lack of a better word) groping that just pissed me off. I've also had two very frightening experiences, when a man who was much larger than me backed me into a corner and refused to let me go. Once I was at a party and able to make a scene, the other time I was in a dark, noisy club and had to get myself out of there. I don't think most men have had an experience like that.

I think women also get more of it, which is just exhausting after awhile. It wears on you in a way that's hard to describe, which makes little incidents into bigger deals than if you were just occasionally dealing with isolated incidents. And of course for women it's not just drunk men at the bar. Plenty of sober creeps do it to women who are just trying to go about their day. I'm sure there are some women who do it to men that way too, but it doesn't seem to be nearly as prevalent.
