Adopted girl reconnects with adopted parents, develops romantic relationship with bio father. Gets married to him while she’s pregnant with his kid. They get in trouble with the law for obvious reasons and she has to move back up with her adopted family, baby stays with bio dads grandma. This blows up and everyone in our town was making fun of her for being incest.

A couple months later (not sure of exact timing..) he murders the son and drives up and the following morning he murders her and her adopted father. He drives off and then kills himself. Whole town felt it. Not much usually happens here and the story was picked up all over by outlets like daily mail... all the people who made fun definitely stopped...
