When I was a junior in college:
Was coming back from a show (after getting kicked out) totally fucked up on rolls (E), booze, weed, whatever. We were driving down the main road back to campus, almost home. I was sitting behind the driver, and was staring out the window, all fucked up. Looking down, for some reason I remembered watching my hand bouncing off the surface of water when you're in a boat or something, and was like, "oh, will that work on concrete?"
I opened the car door and shimmy'd right over to the edge. Everyone was like "what the fuck man", but I let my legs dangle down. We were going about 25-30mph and it was going great for like 10 seconds. However, my jeans went too far back and got snagged by the tire, and instantly, my whole leg was out of the car and my foot was under the tire, being ground against the pavement.
Bent at the ankle at 90 degrees, it took me like 10 seconds to realize what was going on, but when I did, wow. I started going "dude stop...stop...Stop....FUCKING STOP!" and he finally slammed on the brake. I pulled on my jeans and freed my foot, and then got back into the car and shut the door. I laid my foot across my lap and went "holy shit, that sucked" and my girl next to me goes "are you ok...OH MY GODDDDD!" as she was looking down. My buddy turned around, looked down, turned white and instantly turned around and flew to the hospital.
The inside of my whole heel was gone, totally ripped away down to the bone. I didn't even feel anything actually (drugs) but you know when you're supposed to be hurt. The nurses and doctor held me down and dunked my foot in anti-septic (worst pain EVER) and ended up having to totally seal my foot, it was like dressing a wound from war. Eventually they let me go.
To complete the night of stupidity, my buddy and me ended up smoking a joint in the hospital parking lot. As soon as we went to leave...pulled over. I took a pic of my foot though (will find/post if asked) and showed it to the cop who said "I've been working in Hartford for years, and this is the most disgusting thing I've ever seen" and let us go. Woke up the next morning with my foot wrapped in paper towels, I guess I ripped everything off.
Spent the next 2 months on crutches. Only positive; got VIP to multiple concerts so I could stand/sit comfortably. But this was the dumbest thing I've ever done, and I'm very lucky I didn't die/get paralyzed.
