I wrote more replies to emotional, fallacy-ridden, downvote-spamming diatribes than were deserved. Ultimately I don't have much interest in this issue. I spent the better part of one night discussing it, then grew bored. Also this website is awfully designed so I incurred a long wait between posts, presumably because they were all downvoted.

Anyway, I'm not certain I'm right, but my own life experiences corroborate some of the claims made by them. I'm not ugly and I've been at varying degrees of "fit" through all my years since puberty (never close to overweight), and -- in all but a few fortunate cases which saved me from "involuntary celibacy" -- the women who've shown interest in me have not been fit, to phrase it kindly. And I'm not picky. Furthermore, the most sexually successful men I've known have largely been extremely terrible, unintelligent people who were very good looking. Fully as bad as incels, often worse, but handsome. In general, among young people, there's a clear trend that looks are about the only quality that matters. This applies to men too, of course, but men generally have lower standards. They will fuck anything that moves without the aid of a Wal-Mart scooter. And sometimes even those.

So yeah, there's probably some confirmation bias in how I perceive this issue, but my own experiences are, as a collection, powerful validation to me. Their consistency makes it hard to believe it was all just a coincidence.
