Should children be introduced to politics at a young age? Why or why not?

No. This might be an unpopular opinion, but I think political opinions are one of the only things that shouldn't be heavily shared with kids. I think that kids should be allowed to figure stuff out when they grow, and if need explaining they should ask their parents, but only then is it okay. The reason is because generations tend to have different issues that they should care about, so it isn't smart for parents to be feeding children opinions instead of letting them form their own. Opinions are usually formed in teen years, and forcing opinions during that time can have lasting effects for life and even an entire generation. For example, I am noticing that in some areas, slightly right leaning opinions are forming in Gen Z. The reason this can happen is because as the political sphere is changing, young adults form their own opinions about life.
