Everyone’s circumstances will differ, if they don’t qualify that means their household is making above average income.

Parents also need to get involved more instead of showing off their kid’s school with merc they are wearing and stickers on the back of their car. I know people who contribute to college savings account for their kids instead of buying a boat/pickup truck like their show off neighbor who wants their kids to go to a name school but don’t think about how their kid is going to pay for it.

I come from nothing, I wasn’t born in this country, didn’t speak the language and my parents didn’t speak the language. It’s what I did to go to college in this country, got myself a tech degree and I am not gonna lie or argue about it.
