losing our best full time decorator to maternity leave next week and when she comes back in january she’ll be part time (weekends only), another great decorator is quitting because she finished her degree, losing a decorator apprentice to college in two weeks, probably losing one of three bakers because of a management promotion soon, and im a clerk that decorates and i was originally going to work weekends at my store while in college an hour away but i got an offer as an official apprentice only decorating and not clerking at a store near my school so now i’m leaving too. our other really good decorator might be moving across the state when her lease is up in february, and the other goes back to being a substitute teacher as well. so basically our store’s bakery is fucked. i feel awful for leaving because it’s going to explode, but i’m just not getting the experience i need here
