SK Telecom T1 vs. DAMWON Gaming / LCK 2019 Summer - Week 10 / Post-Match Discussion

Work, but with the right approach, look at G2 as example and it's also a super roster (let me copy my comment):

G2 had two ways when letting Perkz go to adc role: teach him how to play like a normal top adc player to somehow match the best ones in the world or let him do his own thing, use his strengths as a mid laner in the bot lane to shake up things a bit, if it'll work then no teams will know how to fight against it when it won't then I guess you at least tried smth new which is a good mindset and a lot of fun I guess, now compare this mentality to how SKT's uses their new rosters or a single players, like there are the same exact problems with SKT's top laners each year and with junglers similar with TSM situation

off-season: SKT org grabs top talents again thinking that they would mesh to SKT's system of playing through scaling team comps for the late game etc., of course they can win some games, some players will look better some worse it depends on how much the player's playstyle fits to SKT's playstyle or how flexible the player is, but it's like they're not playing their own game so the slump can suddenly start at any point during the season, changing players in and out when they don't work, you get benched, cuz you're underperforming and now you have to train even more to be upgraded to the starting position, it's not like there's smth about the playstyle that should be changed to make the players more confident and comfortable in playing with, the problem is mainly with your form and you have to listen to the coaches, cuz they know the solution... but the roster changes every year and the problems are the same thinking
