I was sold a protection dog but it’s not one.

  1. No not exactly. Protection dogs are trained to deter, target, or bite a person. There’s civil trained so a dog that is trained to go after a human threat and sport trained which is trained to go after a form of prey usually a decoy or some kind of moving non living object. There’s also Green dogs which aren’t trained in either but have the prey drive to be trained for civil or sport. I had initially looked into it after SA trauma.

  2. Contract states that I agreed to the sale of the canine. If dog is unable to perform tasks it can go back to the facility for training on buyers dime. I’d never send this dog there though, I know too many horror stories. I also worked off a portion of the dog. They flip dogs. Buy them trained, up the price. Very heavy handed, borderline abusive with dogs.

  3. Location of both in Florida.
