Soldiers of Auraxis, tell us a good story from your last battle

Let's see...

So I logged in after months of inactivity, created a new character on Miller TR, killed one heavy assault with a TRAC-5, got sniped and then all of my ammo was replaced with training bullets by some fucking genius at TR command.

Shot at a few more people at close range, and at least some bullet should've hit yet no hit markers showed up. I thought maybe it could be fixed by respawning or something, so I decided to move to Indar because Esamir was overpopulated by my faction and the two other continents were locked.

I spawned at the WarpGate, then spawned a Mossie which apparently suffered an engine failure over an enemy tech plant before exploding on impact with the ground, causing me to have to eject and redeploy twice to get to the fight. When I did manage to spawn, the Sunderer immediately exploded and crushed me. I spawned at a nearby tower and was ejected out of the back of the spawn tube and through the wall, before being killed by an enemy Sunderer.

Spawned a couple more times but realized because my bullets were still doing nothing there wasn't really much point in continuing, and I headed to VR training to see if it was just a problem with certain weapons or not, it couldn't be my connection because there was hardly any packet loss and I was below 100 ping which is pretty much always playable. After testing a couple of classes I just said "fuck it" and gave up out of boredom and frustration.

Finally I decided to revalidate the game files using Steam because obviously something wasn't right, but now it's downloading the entire game on top of itself. All 9 fucking gigabytes.

GG Planetside, all I wanted was to have fun. ;_;
