Someone bought the Watts murder house in August of 2022

In California, S. Dakota and Alaska a realtor has to disclose any type of death on the property if it happened within the last three years from when the house is on the market. And in ANY state if a violent death occurred, sellers are required to disclose the event like a murder. And again in any state if a buyer asks the seller if a death occurred and the seller lies and says that no deaths occurred then the seller can be in major legal trouble.

I checked into this when I lived in a house because I’m one of those who is extremely sensitive to any lingering energy. If it was a natural or peaceful death than it wouldn’t have bothered me but if there was a murder, nope..I admire people who believe that a history of a violent death wouldn’t hinder them from buying a house.

My grandparents when they were alive lived in a huge historical three story old Hollywood house and they never told me about it’s history when I was little and would visit them but I experienced a lot of dark things there and when I was a teen I researched the history of their house and sure enough someone was murdered there way before they moved into the house. Also, my same age cousins I found out later on also experienced the same type of really frightening energies.

There’s a reason that so many horror stories and movies center around haunted houses where terrible deaths occurred.
