They are facing the mom, that’s the point of going to court. The mom will now be served and they will hav to face each other in court and present the facts to the judge for them to decide. They still would have to obey court orders or go through the process to invalidate the order. The fact that they have an emergency order means there is reason for the judge to give the dad custody temporarily while this is figured out, and none of a know that reason based on a social media post. Falling over backwards to back either side and calling this kidnapping is ridiculous, it’s the very opposite of that and it’s going through the proper channels to figure out what is fair for custody of both parents
