After viewing all of the posts on subway systems images vs their actual maps, I wanted to take a stab at it with my beloved South Shore Line. The initial image for the line was taken from the South Shore website, and the final image was taken from google maps and edited in paint to look like the first image. The tool for the image was the first morphing site I found with a google search.
For those who don't know the region, the most top left stations are in Chicago, the water is Lake Michigan, and the states represented by the dotted lines are Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan, respectively.
