1 - 3 Years after Trespasser, when Solas is ready to make his move and start the Elvhen glory.

2 - We are going back to Kirkwall, Varric has rebuilt it and it seems like a good way to gather people to help stopping Solas or the Tevinter/Qunari war.

3 - The new Hero quest is to try to make peace between the Qunari and Tevinter and then stop Solas.

4 - Playable Races: Human, Qunari or Dwarves. (Sorry Elf lovers but with Solas around you are too iffy to trust also I am being Elfracist)

5 - Yes all Qunari/Dwarves/Human will have the same background they will all come from a clan named "Nightprowlers" which is a hunters clan in this setting and the Nightprowlers are born with special eyes that let's them see through people/spirits/stealph.

6 - So 3 of them Varric, The divine (Leliana or Cassandra or Viviene) and the Inquisitor.

Varric: He will be kinda like a advisor

The Divine: She will work as a way to get information and will help with the political stuff.

The Inquisitor: They will be there as a advisor (And guess what? They will be living in Kirkwall with their love interrest!)

7 - I have though of something like the Divine convinces Empress Celene to gather the Qunari leader and Tevinter Leader in Orlais for a peace meeting but it goes south (I really loved Wicked Eyes and Wicked hearts quest).

8 - Ancient hunter clan, the main character has no idea how he got into this but they found themselves in the middle of a battle between the Qunari and Tevinter.
