Squadron claiming they are unable to administer new alternate components

Not to give excuses here, but the UFPM isn't directing anything; they're claiming they're not qualified to provide the new components, which seems to be true.

I personally was provided no support for the new components until reaching out to my UFPM then having them get a/our FAC, and was very uncomfortable providing official testing on something I wasn't trained on. These tests affect people's careers, and I don't want to be the one to hurt them - I'm sure the UFPM/PTLs feel similarly.

Is the ADC/JAG the answer to his problem? Not really, having the FAC train the UFPM/PTLs is, whether that's initiated by the FAC, UFPM, PTL, or individual doesn't matter.
