Stacey Abrams' team prepares push for new vote

ITT: people who don't live in Georgia and read clickbait headlines think they know what is going on.

I actually live here and have been following the election closely, and it's been a shit show since the election. 5 days after election day, Abrams filed a lawsuit in federal court to literally change the election laws after the election ended. She kept saying "we want every vote to count," which is great, but she excluded the part that the votes that didn't count were that way because they violated state election laws. Some examples were people voting with provisional ballots in counties that they didn't register in, or people failing to provide photo ID with their provisional ballot and not providing it by the state law deadline of Friday November 9th. Abrams sued to change both of these laws, but the judge did not rule in her favor.

What's crazy is that even if she did get the court victory, she would've still not had enough votes for a recount or runoff. She is literally grasping at straws here with this final attempt to redo the election
