Be a dick if you want to but your 5 second summary is not at all what I’m frustrated about. My coworkers are barely a factor in this. The respect my boss has for all her employees is a great thing and I never said it wasn’t.

However, I am not given a fair workload. If I am expected to do all this extra work and go the extra mile with no extra support or acknowledgement then why should I continue agreeing to it? I’m not going to slack off, I’m going to stop agreeing with the extra workload and do what I consider my fair share from now on.

I’m sick of my work ethic and kindness being taken advantage off. I’ve been doing this crap for 3 years now and I’ve only just now realised how bad it’s become.
