Yup. If he fucks over all his allies and rips up trade deals, what's going to happen (is already happening) is that Europe, China, Canada etc will make trade deals amongst themselves and leave the rest of US out. Even if the next president is sane, the US has proven it can't be relied upon long term in international bilateral agreements. The political winds will change, and they will pull out. Why would anyone want to rely on them again? It's creating a power vacuum in trade that China is happy to try step and and begin filling.

The US has shown it is not The Global Superpower, but rather Today's Global Superpower, and the sun is setting. Don't mistake the orange glow for Trump's skin, it's America shutting itself down slowly and getting back to being just another country.
