State Dept. Inspector General issued a report highly critical of State Dept. e-mail practices today, indicating Hillary Clinton as negligent. Even if she doesn't get indicted, will Clinton's handling of this issue continue to affect the race?

Guilt as related to lying to the public and violating department policy - not necessarily criminal liability.

Oh, so you mean "guilty" in a contextually twisted way to mean whatever you want it to mean.

I guess Bernie Sanders is guilty of lying to the American public about whether his economic policies are financially sound (which they don't). He's also guilty of lying to his supporters when he's told them countless times he'd be the Democratic nominee.

Do you see how it sounds stupid to just recklessly throw around the word "guilt" to fit our narratives?

I didn't say criminal context.

Guilt is a word specifically used in criminal matters, for god's sake.

Don't say the state supported your actions when they obviously did not. Or, more simply, don't lie to the public.

She's not lying is she feels she hasn't done anything wrong.

I'm not talking about criminal wrongdoing yet.

Then stop using the word guilt.

But if it ends up being that she did, she's going to look really fucking bad for lying about it up front. Even as it stands, it looks pretty bad.

No, it doesn't. Do you really expect someone who doesn't know that they broke the law to just come out and confess that they did?

"The FBI is ready to indict Hillary Clinton"

LMAO. Political Insider!?!?!? TYT!? Yeah, I don't think I'll be relying on them any time soon for legal analysis.

Just so you know, Bernie Sanders has been investigated and warned several times by the FEC for violations of campaign finance regulations. I guess he should drop out, right?
