Stop acting like you're my doctor!

No. Not legitimately upset. Just annoyed. And not because of the suggestions exactly but anybody who has depression knows all of those things and does their best but its not as simple as just getting up and going things when it feels like a weight is holding you down. And after doing this for years, I've heard it all a million times and I do it anyway.

Anyway, its about the fact that it wasn't even the conversation I was having and they decided they need to go full on psych major. Literally even suggested reactivation of my Facebook because it "sounds like social anxiety" and it should help with that. I didn't ask for advice. I didnt even go into detail about my depression. Just explained that I needed a break to deal with my other stuff without comparing myself to everybody else and spending my time scrolling for hours at a time. Then somehow it turned into that.
