A student in my friends speech class spent 5 minutes comparing John Cena and Jesus Christ.

Couldn't help but notice he just had to throw the "hypocritical" part in there.

When an atheist is so butthurt, that he gives a presentation about it.

It is Christians that are sometimes hypocritical due to the sinful nature of man -- not Christianity itself.

For those that would claim the bible is hypocritical by citing the judgment of God, such people have a fundamental misunderstanding of what love is. Love is not superficial happiness or lack of pain, but justice and truth.

Christianity is not hypocritical, but I myself am not perfect. Here's an example:

I am positive that because this is reddit, some butthurt, sensative, non-thinking atheists will read this, and proceed to reply with how horrible they feel God is or how bad they feel Christians are, possibly by citing some Old Testament bible passage that they don't understand, and that they emotionally reject -- because it won't have clicked how that is not a logically valid rebuttal. Someone else will object that it's not a 'feeling', but that the God of the bible is obviously bad, without realizing that claiming something is 'obvious' does not constitute a logically valid rebuttal either. All the while they will have not realized that if there is no God, there cannot logically be objective morality.

Someone else will say that God may exist, but it's the bible, specifically, that's wrong. The problem with this, though, despite being a red herring, is that their emotional rejection of the bible still is not logically valid. Now someone else will think they're clever and claim that it is the Christian who has the burden of proving that the God of the bible is the one true God. But this is also a red herring. The question isn't whether or not the bible is true, but whether or not Christianity or the bible is hypocritical. Again, the answer is no, it is not.

The obvious, oft-regurgitated contentions as to how Christianity or the bible are hypocritical, simply are not good arguments. Again, if there is no God, there is no objective morality, nor anyone who knows objective morality. Therefore, any claims of hypocrisy that are based on the notion that God or Christianity are bad, in turn, are based on subjective understanding, which in turn, are based on emotion -- not logic. Therefore, in order for someone to have an argument, they would have to show how Christianity or the bible are hypocritical either without citing morality, or by showing that objective morality exists without the God of the bible (hurr it's your burden of proving that objective morality can't exist without the bible durr. No, it's not. It's the person with the position "God or Christianity is hypocritical" that has that burden of proof. Just stop it). Good luck.

tl;dr Atheists are predictable, whiny children with a feeble grasp on logic, as much as, I'm sure, is the kid who made this presentation. Obviously I've been on this site too long.
