And she's giving that as a reason why India is safer for women. How about this: You are not drunk, you are not in a party, you are not topless but fully clothed and you haven't invited people to write on your naked body, but still you get raped. Which scenario is worse?

She's also talking about a scenario where drunk college girls are "date-raped by their boyfriends every weekend". Sounds like they must be going through hell. But why do they keep going back to that boyfriend every weekend?
