You know who gets fucked over? Drug dealers and manufacturers. And this turns into a cycle of the police fucking over the manufacturers, who then fuck over the drug dealers, who then fuck over users with shitty products that ultimately make people overdose. You do realize that almost 99% of heroin overdoses happen today is because users miscalculate the reliability of their dealers, assume that they're getting product of the same quality they're used to, and then ultimately overdosing on it because it was stronger than they expected since there is no quality control? They would have been perfectly fine had there been some quality control on these chemicals which would have been possible if the goddamn government would stop shoving its nose in everyone's business.

Nowadays there are drug dealers who laugh in the face of our despicably failed drug laws, and have resorted to selling research chemicals disguised as a more commonly known drug. MDMA and LSD are especially notorious for this.

This is dangerous because you see, some research chemicals you ingest in the 400-500mg range easily without any serious effects. However, replace Ethylphenidate with Acetyl Fentanyl, both of which are 100% legal in America, and you are almost definitely going to have people overdosing. Why? Because they look pretty damn similar, and acetyl fentanyl is basically a monster in comparison, said by users to be at least 10 or 15 times more potent than heroin. It is extremely, extremely active in just one milligram whereas you would use around 40-60 milligrams for Ethylphenidate.

If you ingested 40-60 milligrams of acetyl fentanyl without a tolerance, you would almost certainly overdose. So, please reconsider your stance. Because that is exactly what we have been doing in the past couple of decades. In fact, if you are caught with a small amount of heroin, the police officers are more likely to offer you a deal where you give up your dealer. Thus the reason why drug dealing and manufacturing drugs has become so dangerous, and ultimately fucking over the users who end up overdosing.

This is an uphill battle we are losing, one that an American simply cannot be ignorant enough to believe that we're winning. It is not only laughable to think of winning this, but also incredibly ludicrous. Drug dealers are going to deal, and drug users are going to use. No matter what we do. We just need to replace the drug dealers and manufacturers of today with more reliable ones. This would ultimately topple over the cartels because a lot of their business is with America.
