But he's confident and funny, smart and attractive as all hell.

The most important part for me is that I genuinely look up to him as a person, he's someone I'd like to be like in terms of work ethic, determination and ambition. He works for what he wants, he works hard and he gets what he wants through his own accomplishments. It seems like a rare quality in people my age and it's something that really struck me when I first met him, and it's the main reason I'm crushing so hard.

Can't be his girl though, but I'm happy just being able to interact with someone like that regularly. He's really inspiring and he motivated me to better myself personally and professionally just by being himself.
