To get a good feel for this, I tell people to go look at Twitch streamers and they will be able to easier see why these billion dollar companies simply don't care about everyone. Those 10 viewer streams? They will react to everyone, they are on a platform of interaction. 100 viewers? Couple of people aren't noticed here and there. 1000 viewers? You'll get noticed if you pay them. 10k+ viewers? Hah. Hahaha. Hahahahaha. Donate $50 and you might get noticed*.

*Disclaimer that there are some that might happen to get that many views and still are plenty interactive, just pointing out a general view of this... because I know someone will bring it up.
