Tacitus mentions what Christians in Rome were saying about Jesus not that Jesus actually existed. Josephus mentions James the brother of Jesus. The passage where Josephus calls Jesus a "wise man" and truly "the Christ" is obviously bullshit as Josephus would've never written such a thing.
Ironically, It's another case of obvious bullshit that makes an actual Jesus from Nazareth likely - the gospels shoe-horning fulfilled messianic prophecy retroactively by having Joseph travel from Nazareth to his ancestor's hometown from 1000 years prior I Bethlehem for some worldwide census which is absurd and never happened. If Jesus was merely a myth, the writers could've just simply placed the family in Bethlehem from the start.
