The thing is, he's ALWAYS been like that. A lot of conspiracy theorists think that he's been "hypnotized or brainwashed" and literally "turns off" during these moments or gets ready to get new information fed to him after a code word that turns him like that.

Youtube search for MK Ultra or even Bill Clinton MK Ultra. There's videos of him (and compilations of many, many other famous american people like actors, politicians and journalists) "turning off" and looking brain dead for an abnormally long period of time. Like half their face is paralyzed and their eyes get empty and lazy (slightly turning to the opposite direction and downwards) like o_O or 0.O The famous video of him I'm talking about was around the time he was being elected, and is getting makeup applied before an appearance. He just looks completely empty like a robot. Almost sad (he should have been at least a bit happy to win the presidency!), but mostly just void. I've never seen a human being with an expressionless face like that, you can't even begin to describe what his hypotethical emotions might be in that video. He's kind of "looking" a bit downwards, but it seems more like his eyes are just so relaxed that they start reacting to gravity pulling them down. There's something quite fucking weird going on with this stuff.

The videos are just as weird, disturbing and - yes - funny in a morbid way. Famous people just turning off, often immediately after a phrase or word from someone else, like "Weird" (Britney Spears) or "Holy Ghost" (Al Roker).
