This test seems to be more like an Overton window for the criticism of Israel, than a legitimate test for antisemitism.
Delegitimization
I don't understand how this is anti-semitic on its own. Denying the right of Israel to exist isn't inherently anti-semitic. Denying it for the simple reason that they are Jewish? Yeah, that's antisemitic. But it seems like there would be plenty of non-antisemitic reasons for people to delegitimize Israel's existence.
Demonization
This is probably the most legitimate point out of the 3ds. However, the fact that it refers to demonization of Israel, rather than demonization of Jews is an issue. If you use blood libels to criticize Israel, yeah, that's antisemitic. But calling Israel an apartheid state is probably demonization of Israel, but it's not really antisemitic.
Double Standards
This again isn't necessarily based on anti-semitism. If the double standard exists because they are Jewish, then yeah. But many double standards here could exist for other reasons. If you have been personally affected by Israeli actions, then you would probably be far harsher against Israel than other unrelated nations. If you lived in another nation like Turkey, you would probably be more likely to be more critical of Israel's actions, than of your own government's settlements in Cyprus. Bias against Israel is not necessarily rooted in antisemitic beliefs.
